Why I Chose Neurosomatic Therapy
In massage school, I was always searching for the best ways to relieve pain. While Swedish massage is great for relaxation, I found that it wasn’t always a long-term solution. When I discovered NST, I saw how combining postural assessments with targeted techniques created real, lasting change—so I made it a key part of my practice.
